Services
Meadow Lakes is designed to be flexible. If you
decide that you would like some assistance, our nursing staff will
meet with you at your convenience to help you tailor a care plan to
meet your indevidual needs. While staff consults with your physician
and other health care professionals, you remain the key decision
maker throughout your care.
This fexibility also means that services are billed
only as you use them. You only pay for the servcies that you need
and want.

Meadow Lakes
offers the convenience of living in an independent apartment with
the option of receiving health-related services should the need
arise.
Four different floor plans and three different
views give residents a wider variety of apartments to suit their
individual needs. Each apartment is equipped with a full kitchen so
residents and/or families have the option to entertain in the
privacy of their apartment. Guest meals are also available in the
main dining room.
A hotel room is located on the second floor for out
of town guests. Residents may also reserve lounges for family
get-togethers. If you are part of a group or club, we would love to
host your event. |
