Maple Manor was established in 1964 and has been locally owned and operated since that time. We are licensed by the Department of Health. Maple Manor Health Care & Rehabilitation is a health care leader that has maintained exceptional standards for over 40 years of community service. Our facility serves as a training site for area health professional undergraduate and graduate educational programs. We are an approved Veterans Administration contract facility.
